The site is part of a comprehensive territorial development project and is actively being developed. Investors have already been presented with the construction project for a portion of the former industrial zone "South Port" — Kolomnikova Street and Shosseynoy Proyezd. New production, design, office-laboratory spaces, and supporting public infrastructure will be built there.
