Remote working has been introduced by 48 companies located on the territory of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow. Ten more companies are going to do it in the nearest future, said Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow.

“Remote working is a precaution necessary for employees’ health. Each company took the decision separately depending on the functional possibilities of production process. At the same time SEZ Technopolis Moscow has organized temperature monitoring at all checkpoints and sensor sanitizers for hand hygiene all over the place”, – said Gennady Degtev.

Not only do the companies encourage people work from home but also provide all necessary protection means for those who remain in offices and at manufacturing sites.

“It’s not only for the office staff but also technical experts, engineering block of the Department of principal administration and other divisions. We have technical opportunities for this. For example new order at the checkpoints considering the need of disinfection and ventilation of the changeroom after each group of people. Of course it reduces working hours but there is nothing more important than people’s health”, - commented Maria Koval, Deputy CEO of Ecopolis Corporation.

SEZ Technopolis Moscow develops the infrastructure of t...

Alabushevo site is a strategic facility of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow. The main task is to turn the site into a center for the development of high technologies, to minimize the construction time and to provide the territory with a full-fledged infrastructure and public amenities. This was what Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow was speaking about at the meeting with Alabushevo residents.

Gennady Degtev shared some plans: “By the end of September the number of working places are going to double. According to the residents’ request there will be new dining places, free scooter rentals for residents, as well as shuttle within Alabushevo and transfer from Kryukovo railway station”.

One of the tasks is to stop the personnel outflow from Zelenograd which now amounts to 30 per cent from total working population.

“In order to complete this task training programs of master-level industrial jobs for schools might soon appear in Alabushevo site and job fairs will be more regular”, said Gennady Degtev.

Quickly and efficiently the territory of the special economic zone in Zelenograd must be completed with residents and qualified workers provided with comfortable and favorable conditions for their business development. Alabushevo has a “greenfield” layout and demands the revision of lease terms and the utility of facilities.

“In spring a new site design for Alabushevo will be approved. We plan to remove the restrictions from the residents’ land plots allowing to change the maximum facilities height. New navigation system in Alabushevo and its own design code of the whole territory are also on the agenda. By the end of summer we’ll have a concept paper for these changes”, Mr. Degtev underlined.

The project “Alabushevo” is one of the sites of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow. Among the plans are industrial facilities with an area of almost 300 thousand sq.meters and more than five thousand new working places.

The territory is 142.7 ha large. There is a fire station and a customs point, buildings of the companies producing medicines, blood glucose meter and laser equipment, goods of synthetic sapphire, buildings for IT companies etc. Today 21 resident companies are located in Alabushevo involved in high-tech production of micro-electronics, medicine, information, communication and energy saving technologies.
