In the special economic zone (SEZ) “Technopolis Moscow,” a unified resume bank has been created for high‑tech enterprises. The new tool will help companies quickly find qualified specialists, and job seekers will be able to receive offers for vacancies at innovative production facilities. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

“On the instructions of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city is creating conditions to attract qualified personnel to high‑tech enterprises. In the SEZ ““Technopolis Moscow” currently has more than 240 companies operating, which have created over 33,000 jobs. To make things convenient for job seekers and employers, a unified resume bank has been created — it already contains more than a thousand profiles. Professionals submit their data, and it becomes available to all resident companies. This reduces the search time for both companies and job seekers,” said Maxim Liksutov.

Since 2022, the “Technowork” project has been implemented in the special economic zone “Technopolis Moscow,” helping high‑tech companies find employees. You can find out about current offers on the SEZ website in the “Career” section. There, job seekers can also submit their resumes.

In addition, starting in 2025, open recruitment selections will be held at the SEZ sites, where job seekers will be able to directly communicate with representatives of resident companies and ask them their questions. In September, a job fair will be held at the “Pechatniki” site.

The Special Economic Zone “Technopolis Moscow” is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026. Over the past two decades, the project has transformed from a launchpad for innovative projects into a key hub for domestic industry and a magnet for companies that define Russia’s technological sovereignty. Today, production of more than 240 high‑tech enterprises representing such strategic areas as microelectronics, instrument engineering, biomedicine, IT, and robotics is located across 10 sites of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone, with a total area of 430 hectares.

The capital is developing sites for high‑tech businesses. Thanks to city‑level solutions, companies receive benefits and create modern jobs. This contributes to the development of the national “Cadres” project, which is aimed at training specialists and ensuring the country’s economy is supplied with qualified personnel.
