Gennady Degtev’s congratulations on Builder’s Day

Gennady Degtev, General Director of the SEZ “Technopolis Moscow,” on the eve of Construction Workers’ Day, which is celebrated this year on August 9, addressed the work teams of companies that are carrying out construction work in the territory of the special economic zone.

He noted that the pace and volume of construction of industrial facilities have reached a fundamentally different level in recent years.

“The timeframes for approvals have been reduced, digital control methods have been introduced, and round‑the‑clock operation is in place.” Alongside the acceleration, we are seeing a qualitative leap in technology: BIM design, prefabrication, and energy‑efficient materials. At the sites of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, a hub for the future of Russia’s microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, and robotics is taking shape. In essence, this is a contribution to the country’s technological sovereignty,” Gennady Degtev emphasized.

He thanked everyone involved in creating the new industrial face of Moscow — the Technopolis Moscow SEZ — and wished them stability, good health, and pride in their work.

“You’re not just building structures — you’re building an era,” Gennady Degtev concluded.
