Carbon guitars, aviation interiors, and games with augmented reality — the special economic zone (SEZ) “Technopolis Moscow” will set up large‑scale demonstration and interactive zones at “Technofest”. The event will take place on August 22 at the Northern River Station. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

“This year, the Moscow SEZ is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Over this time, the site has become a key hub for the development of high‑tech industries.” Today, hundreds of thousands of Muscovites and residents of other regions use the products of its residents every day. You will be able to see the companies’ innovative developments at “Technofest,” where more than 30 enterprises will present their best solutions,” said Maxim Liksutov.

Thus, festival guests will have an interactive selfie mirror waiting for them. It allows you to take a hundred photos in just a minute. A manufacturer of technical fabrics and prepregs based on carbon, glass, and aramid fibers has prepared an unusual musical zone. Everyone will be able to play unique instruments made from next‑generation materials, and on the main stage they will be able to hear their professional sound.

In the aircraft manufacturing area, visitors will take a detailed look at how modern aircraft interiors are created and will appreciate the ergonomics of the latest passenger seats installed in aircraft. Guests will also be able to visit the first Russian cabin for cable cars. It is capable of reaching speeds of up to six meters per second and has a braking function for convenient passenger boarding and disembarking.

Computer game enthusiasts will be able to find out what emotions they most often experience while gaming. This will be facilitated by a neural network that recognizes human reactions in real time. The technological foundation of the solution is the first domestic neural accelerator for embedded systems based on a Russian AI processor, developed by a resident of the Moscow SEZ.

A manufacturer of high‑tech laser equipment will hold master classes in metal burning and cutting. For athletes and those who lead an active lifestyle, master classes in taping will be held, and the youngest guests will have the opportunity to take a logic course.

Themed master classes and consultations with veterinarians will be organized for pet owners. The program also includes lectures, interactive events, intellectual games, and workshops. The special economic zone “Technopolis Moscow” will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2026. Over the course of two decades, the project has transformed from a launchpad for innovative projects into a key hub for domestic industry and a center of attraction for companies that define Russia’s technological sovereignty. Today, production of more than 240 high‑tech enterprises representing strategic areas such as microelectronics, instrument engineering, biomedicine, IT, and robotics is localized across 10 sites of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, with a total area of 430 hectares.
