A resident of the Moscow SEZ has increased the production of modules for residential buildings to 10 units per day

The resident of the special economic zone (SEZ) “Technopolis Moscow” has increased the production of large-scale reinforced concrete modules, which are used in the construction of residential buildings, social facilities, and administrative buildings. The production volume has grown 2.5‑fold — from four to 10 units per day. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

“On the instructions of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, favorable conditions have been created in the city to promote the development of industries and attract investment in the capital’s industry.” A resident of the capital’s special economic zone has increased the production of unique large‑sized residential modules, each with an area of up to 100 square metres. The plant’s capacity allows it to produce up to 450,000 square metres of such products annually. The increase in volume directly affects the pace of housing construction and social infrastructure development in the city. Modular housing construction technology reduces the time required to build facilities and improves the quality of the finished structures,” said Maxim Liksutov.

The company “Combine of Innovative Technologies — Monarch” is engaged in the production of reinforced concrete large‑sized modules. The plant performs a full range of work on the production of building blocks: from assembling the load‑bearing frame to installing facades and window units, laying engineering communications, and finishing work. The design of the products makes it possible to design apartments with a free layout and create various architectural solutions for facades.

The company’s products are used in the implementation of urban projects. For example, two residential buildings were constructed using large‑sized modules as part of the renovation programme in the Cheremushki district. Using this technology, a kindergarten for 300 children was also built in Izmailovo, as well as the building of the Filimonkovsky district administration.

The Special Economic Zone “Technopolis Moscow” is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026. Over the past two decades, the project has transformed from a launchpad for innovative projects into a key hub for domestic industry and a magnet for companies that define Russia’s technological sovereignty. Today, production of more than 240 high‑tech enterprises representing such strategic areas as microelectronics, instrument engineering, biomedicine, IT, and robotics has been localized across 10 sites of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone, with a total area of 430 hectares.Moscow is actively developing its investment climate and industrial potential. Thanks to urban solutions, labour productivity and production efficiency are growing. The activities taking place as part of this contribute to the implementation of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy”.
