Residents of the Moscow Technopolis Special Economic Zone transferred 3.2 billion rubles in insurance contributions for the first quarter of 2026

According to the results of the first quarter of 2026, resident companies of the special economic zone (SEZ) “Technopolis Moscow” transferred more than 3.2 billion rubles in insurance contributions. In total, over the entire period of the site’s operation, contributions to the Social Fund of Russia amounted to 28.2 billion rubles. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

“The amount of insurance contributions paid by the SEZ companies…”“Technopolis Moscow” shows the amount of social guarantees that employees receive in the form of pensions, medical care, maternity benefits, and allowances. In the first quarter of 2026, residents transferred 3.2 billion rubles. This is a record figure for the reporting period in the entire history of the site. Compared to the same period last year, the amount increased 1.7‑fold. The leaders were microelectronics manufacturers — they transferred more than a billion rubles, which is almost one and a half times more than last year’s figures,” noted Maxim Liksutov.

Thus, one of the residents, a research and production complex for the manufacture of domestic microelectronic components, transferred 233 million rubles during the quarter. The company employs more than 1,500 staff members. The chip manufacturer, which has a staff of over 1,600 specialists, paid 123 million rubles.

Among the leaders are also manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and medical products — their total contributions amounted to more than 750 million rubles. The amount of funds paid directly depends on the payroll and the number of jobs. At the same time, the volume of tax benefits that residents have used under this provision exceeded 168 million rubles in the first quarter, and over the entire period of the SEZ’s operation — 4.2 billion rubles.
