The head of a Moscow‑based enterprise has won the “Young Industrialist of the Year” award

The head of a Moscow-based enterprise became the winner of the 5th All‑Russian award “Young Industrialist of the Year”. The award ceremony was held at the 16th International Industrial Exhibition “Innoprom‑2026” in Yekaterinburg. The main winner was recognized as Ales Loginov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “Center for Autonomous Robotic Systems” (“CARS”). This was announced by Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

“Today, one in ten working residents of the capital is employed in Moscow’s industry.” These are talented professionals who create cutting‑edge solutions. Their achievements are recognized, including at the federal level. For example, 17 Moscow‑based managers of manufacturing enterprises took part in the qualifying stage of the “Young Industrialist of the Year” award — this is the best result among all regions. The victory of the representative from the capital is confirmation of the high level of Moscow’s industry and the quality of management training in the city,” noted Anatoly Garbuzov.

Ales Loginov has been heading JSC “CARS” since 2023. Every year, the company improves its performance. Thus, production capacity increased by 60%. In 2024, the company received the status of a resident of the special economic zone “Technopolis Moscow” and enjoys a wide range of tax benefits and preferences.

“For me and the entire team, this award is not just a victory, but recognition of the path we have taken. The status of a resident of the Moscow SEZ is of particular importance for high‑tech production, as it allowed us to quickly obtain modern infrastructure for organizing production at the startup stage.” “Comprehensive support from the city — from tax incentives to assistance in scientific and industrial cooperation — helps reduce costs, increase volumes, and bring modern products to market,” Ales Loginov emphasized.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that at the 16th International Industrial Exhibition “Innoprom,” the capital presented more than 50 unique developments in key industries: radio electronics, pharmaceuticals and medicine, electric vehicle manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, and vertical transport. Among the exhibits are an electric vacuum cleaning machine, lithium‑ion batteries, the first Russian device for performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, bionic hand prosthetics, as well as robotic manipulators and cleaning robots.
