Business Meetings, Exhibitions, and Family Leisure: What Will Appear at the Moscow Technopolis SEZ Site in Alabushevo

The construction of a multifunctional leisure and business complex is being prepared at the Alabushevo site of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. The project is being implemented by Promstroy LLC, a company subordinate to the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the City of Moscow. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

The total area of the facility will be 19 thousand square meters. It will combine a convention and exhibition area, a children's leisure center, shopping galleries, gastronomic spaces and service infrastructure.

"On behalf of Sergei Sobyanin, the industrial infrastructure of the capital is complemented by modern business and leisure facilities. An illustrative example is the new multifunctional complex at the Alabushevo site, which is located directly on the territory of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ and will allow presenting the achievements of the Moscow industry and sharing experiences with colleagues from other regions in a single convention and exhibition space," Maxim Liksutov added.

In particular, it is planned to create separate zones on the territory of the complex for presentations, conferences, industry forums and image events. The organizers will have at their disposal a multifunctional hall, meeting rooms, booths for simultaneous interpretation, dressing rooms, hardware and technical rooms. This solution will make it possible to adapt the facility to events of various scales, including events at the national level.

The central element will be an atrium with a multimedia demonstration area that will connect the information and navigation functions. Moving between floors, visitors will be able to get acquainted with the exposition dedicated to microelectronics, information and communication technologies, energy-efficient solutions, medical technologies and other promising areas. The exhibition space is planned to be equipped with interactive and kinetic installations, digital panels, layouts and elements of augmented reality.

"Today, engineering and geological surveys have already been carried out on the facility, and designers are developing modern design solutions for the foundation, one of the key elements determining the reliability of the future building. In the near future, the preparatory stage of construction works will begin at the site, including the development of the excavation. It is important for us to ensure the consistency and validity of all processes at the initial stage, so that further work is carried out taking into account the specifics of the territory, design decisions and the upcoming functional load of the building," said Vladislav Sultanov, General Director of Promstroy LLC.

The multifunctional complex "Alabushevo" forms a new format for the development of a special economic zone, where industrial specialization is harmoniously complemented by a business, social, cultural and leisure environment. Residents, employees, residents of Zelenograd and guests of the site will receive a modern, thoughtful space that meets the needs of a wide variety of audiences.
