A training station for programming industrial robots was created in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ

Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ) has released a ready-made set for robotics classrooms in schools and colleges. The training station operates on a system that is included in the register of domestic software. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"On behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city is actively promoting the development of human resources for the industrial sector and increasing the prestige of engineering professions. The capital's SEZ produces educational kits, high-tech laser and interactive equipment that are used in schools, colleges and universities. A new solution, the robotics and industrial automation training station, will help students acquire additional skills and competencies in working with robotic devices," Maxim Liksutov said.

The station was developed by Technorad, a resident of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. With the help of the kit, students will learn how to write programs for various tasks, such as programming robots to weld parts, carry goods, stack goods on pallets, load machine tools, or avoid obstacles. In addition, the user can set commands to open and close the gripper at the right moment and control the welding machine.

Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026. Over two decades, the project has grown from a launching pad for innovation to a key hub of the domestic industry. Today, over 240 high-tech enterprises operate on 10 sites of the SEZ with a total area of more than 430 hectares. They are developing microelectronics, instrumentation, biomedicine, IT, and robotics.

The capital creates the basis for the technological sovereignty of the country. Thanks to urban solutions and support measures, residents of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ are increasing the production of innovative products and expanding their presence in global markets. This contributes to the implementation of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
