Moscow SEZ resident to invest 150 million rubles in ATM production modernization

Technopolis Moscow, a resident of the special economic zone (SEZ), increased its output 3.2 times. The growth was facilitated by a contract with the Moscow metro for the supply of new ticket vending machines. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"On behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city offers all conditions for the development of high-tech business. One of the most effective tools is the localization of production in the capital's special economic zone, where a ready—made infrastructure and a system of tax benefits have been created. Thanks to this, one of the residents increased the volume of investments by almost six times. And the sales guarantee contract signed with the Moscow Metro until 2030 will ensure an order for almost two thousand modern ticket machines," said Maxim Liksutov.

In 2025, the Banking and Financial Systems company released more than six thousand self-service devices, including ticket offices, which have already been put into operation. The production volume exceeded 1.9 billion rubles, and investments reached 248 million rubles.

This year, the company plans to redevelop the assembly plant to increase the efficiency and scalability of processes. The total investment in the development of production infrastructure will amount to about 150 million rubles.

Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026. Over two decades, the project has grown from a launching pad for innovation to a key hub of the domestic industry. Today, more than 240 high-tech enterprises operate on 10 sites of the SEZ with a total area of more than 430 hectares. They are developing microelectronics, instrumentation, biomedicine, IT, and robotics.

This contributes to the implementation of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
