Almost 12.5 thousand square meters are available for business at the Rudnevo site

A property tour for investors will be held in the Rudnevo Industrial Park on May 28. The guests will be presented with premises for offices and light production, as well as retail space. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"On behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, we are systematically increasing the investment attractiveness of the capital's industrial sector. In the SEZ of Moscow, we offer businesses wide tax benefits and preferences, as well as a well-developed infrastructure for production facilities. Today, 12.5 thousand square meters of office space and light production facilities are available to investors in the Rudnevo Industrial Park. By 2030, more than 90 high—tech enterprises will be located here and over 20,000 new jobs will be created," Maxim Liksutov said.

The event will take place in the Technoflagman business center on the territory of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. The participants will be shown vacant areas: retail — from 50 to 100 square meters, modern offices — from 400 "squares", premises for light industries — from 1100 square meters.

Today, more than 40 enterprises operate in the Rudnevo Industrial Park. There is also a fitness center, a soccer school, a coffee shop, a canteen, and shops.
