Industrial sites of Moscow's SEZ are becoming new points of attraction for citizens

Today, industrial sites are becoming new points of attraction on the map of the capital. One of them is the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ), where it is comfortable for both production staff and visitors, including residents of nearby areas. It is not only a platform for high-tech industries, but also a convenient, smart ecosystem.

In 2025, more than three thousand shrubs and trees were planted on the territory of the capital's SEZ. The entrance groups were reconstructed at the Pechatniki site. The appearance and arrangement of checkpoints have changed. In addition, we have developed a convenient navigation system.

A project for architectural lighting of industrial and public buildings was implemented at the Rudnevo site, which made the appearance of the buildings more vivid and expressive at night. In the summer of 2025, a unique recreational space was opened on the roof of the stylobate of the business center, where various events are regularly held, from yoga classes and dance workshops to music quizzes. In addition, comfortable workplaces with Internet access are equipped on the veranda.

The SEZ manages two park areas with a total area of 16.4 hectares, located next to the Rudnevo Industrial Park. There are sports grounds with modern exercise equipment and tennis tables, a playground with slides and swings, as well as a basketball practice area.

At the end of last year, a fitness center with an area of 1.8 thousand square meters was opened in Rudnev, which became a new point of attraction for residents of the Kosino-Ukhtomsky and Nekrasovka districts and employees of SEZ enterprises. There are gyms, a martial arts area, a children's playroom and a cafe at their disposal.

Another modern sports and leisure center was opened in 2025 at the Alabushevo site. There are ice arenas, a football field with artificial turf, six padel tennis and squash courts, as well as gym and choreography rooms, comfortable locker rooms with showers, a medical unit and a buffet.

Clubs on chess, board games, and learning English and Chinese were organized for employees of SEZ enterprises. Ice rinks have been created at the Pechatniki and Rudnevo sites, which have been visited by more than 50,000 people this winter.

The industrial sites of the special economic zone can be reached by 10 buses and electric buses.: Three buses follow the route to the Alabushevo site (Nos. 3, 24 and 27), three more to the Rudnevo site (Nos. 663, 849p and 784) and four to the Pechatniki site (Nos. 74k, 438, 703 and c790). The route network was updated a few years earlier, and now stops are located near businesses.
