A new high-tech production facility has been opened in the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ). It will produce up to 60,000 units of domestic computer equipment and components per year. This was announced by Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

"Moscow systematically supports high-tech industries: SEZ residents have access to tax preferences, preferential land leases, and ready-made infrastructure. This allows companies in the capital to produce innovative products, create high—paying jobs, and supply key industries - from the public sector to finance — with domestic solutions. SEZ “Technopolis Moscow is the center of the capital's microelectronics industry, and its development is a strategic priority for the city. More than 60 enterprises are already operating here in the photonics and microelectronics cluster," Anatoly Garbuzov said.

Intechpro Company became a resident of the capital's special economic zone in 2025. It manufactures printed circuit boards, personal computers (PCs), mini-PCs, laptops and monoblocks based on Russian electronic components. Annually, the company plans to produce 18,000 units of monoblocks, 24,000 personal computers, as well as accessories for them.

In 2025, the company launched the first domestic mini-PC weighing 400 grams. The plans for 2026 include the release of USB switches, splitters, WiFi modules and sensors to replace their foreign counterparts.

All developments are included in the register of Russian industrial products and are compatible with domestic software and hardware. The devices are in demand in government agencies, the financial and industrial sectors, healthcare and educational institutions, where an increased level of security is needed. The company has already signed contracts with major customers, including leading companies in the banking sector, the oil transportation industry and digital services.

Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026. Over two decades, the project has transformed from a launching pad for innovation into a key hub for the domestic industry. Today, there are already 10 SEZ sites, and their total area is more than 430 hectares. They have localized the production of over 240 high-tech enterprises. They work in such strategic areas as microelectronics, instrumentation, biomedicine, IT and robotics. The number of highly qualified jobs created is 30,000.

Moscow is actively developing the infrastructure for innovative industry and domestic technologies. Thanks to urban solutions, companies save money and invest it in further development. Such events contribute to the development of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
