The second stage of the Alabushevo Technopark has started its work

The second stage of the Alabushevo technopark has begun work on the territory of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ in Zelenograd, Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry, said.
According to the press service of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the city (DIPP), the project was implemented as part of the Moscow program to stimulate the creation of jobs.

"On behalf of the Mayor of Moscow, the capital is consistently developing infrastructure to accommodate high-tech industries, including at the Alabushevo site in Zelenograd. The first stage of the technopark was opened in 2024, and today enterprises producing medical devices, metallurgical products and components for the oil and gas industry are already operating here. The implementation of the second stage allowed to increase the total area of the complex to more than 100 thousand square meters. The project will create over 2.5 thousand new jobs," Liksutov was quoted as saying in the diplomatic mission.

The second stage of the technopark consists of two scientific and production buildings with an area of more than 50 thousand square meters, as well as a seven-storey office center. According to Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and head of the Diplomatic Mission, the launch of the second stage of the Alabushevo Technopark expands opportunities for the placement of high-tech companies and the development of innovative production in the capital.

"Currently, active work is underway here to conclude lease agreements with future residents. It is planned to place enterprises focused on modern technological solutions in the scientific and production buildings, and the new office center of the technopark has been formed taking into account the needs of manufacturers of innovative solutions of various profiles," he explained.

The incentive program for job creation has been implemented since 2020 and has covered almost all districts of the capital. Investors will build more than 290 facilities with a total area of 9.5 million square meters. Among them are new enterprises, office and shopping centers, educational, cultural and sports institutions.

In total, over 3.4 trillion rubles will be attracted to the development of Moscow, which will create about 400,000 new jobs.

Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone is a territory with a special legal status, which has a preferential business regime for investors. The area of the SEZ's high-tech enterprises exceeds 430 hectares.
