The capital's enterprises, including residents of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, demonstrated achievements in the field of metalworking and additive technologies at the International Specialized Exhibition Metalloobrabotka‑2026. Among the new products are robotic welding systems, a high—speed laser unit and a special polymer for bearing assemblies. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.
"On behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city systematically supports enterprises specializing in the development of domestic machine tool industry. In the capital's special economic zone, companies produce innovative laser and robotic equipment, frequency converters, and repair services for numerically controlled machines and 3D printing of sand molds for metal casting," said Maxim Liksutov.
Four resident enterprises of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ presented their developments. So, the Technorad company showed a robotic complex with a cell on a collaborative robot for stacking goods on pallets. The visitors were also shown an industrial welding robot with a positioner and a blank. It can be used to evaluate the stability of the seam quality, the accuracy of the trajectory and the ability to adapt to different types of products. Another solution, a welding cell on a collaborative robot, is suitable for industries that need welding automation.
Lassard has introduced a new generation high-speed laser system with a linear propulsion system. This design ensures high performance dynamics, reduces the impact of vibrations and allows you to maintain stable cutting quality even during intensive operation. A laser welding machine and an engraver were also shown at the stand.
The Drive Technology company, together with Sibur, brought a special polymer for bearing assemblies to the exhibition. The solution reduces the consumption of lubricants and the operational load on industrial equipment. The guests of the exhibition could get acquainted with high—precision gearboxes, as well as linear displacement systems - automated screw modules, carriages and guides that operate without lubrication and maintenance.
Moscow is actively developing industrial infrastructure for high-tech enterprises. Thanks to urban solutions, companies are increasing production and launching innovative productions. This contributes to the implementation of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
