The Training Center of the Scientific Research Institute of Molecular Electronics, which has already trained over 200 people, has become the center of the professional development system for specialists in the microelectronic industry.

Moscow pays special attention to personnel training for high-tech industries, which is strategically necessary for Russia's technological independence. Sergey Sobyanin spoke about how specialists are trained in the capital in his channel in the MAX messenger.

"The Training Center of the Scientific Research Institute of Molecular Electronics (NIIME) has become the core of the professional development system for the microelectronic industry — resident of the Technopolis Moscow special Economic Zone. Since 2025, NIIME has been a participant in the federal project "Active Measures to promote employment" of the national project "Personnel"," wrote the Mayor of Moscow.

The training Center offers more than 50 programs, created by researchers and engineers who are involved in the development of innovative solutions, materials and equipment. Each program contains the most modern educational technologies, including educational films, virtual simulators, electronic modules with animation techniques and 3D prototyping.

Students of the courses immediately get acquainted with the practice and the latest data obtained during research and experimental design work.

Applications to the NIIME are received from enterprises from all over Russia. Over 200 representatives of the country's leading microelectronic companies have already been trained at the center, which helps to actively scale advanced technologies in the industry.
