More than 15 residents of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ) presented their developments at the 28th International Electronics exhibition ExpoElectronica. This is the largest platform in terms of the number of participants and visitors for leading developers and manufacturers of electronic products in Russia and the EAEU, said Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry. "On behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city actively supports high-tech industries. The capital's SEZ resident companies regularly participate in major specialized exhibitions. This helps them find new partners, sign lucrative contracts, and strengthen the country's technological sovereignty. Most of the products presented at the stand are new products that are designed to replace imported analogues," said Maxim Liksutov. So, among the exhibits was a high-tech complex for industrial 3D tomography, which was developed by Diagnostics-M. The device provides image detail of up to five microns and three-dimensional visualization of the internal structures of microelectronics, including processors. The development was carried out on a Russian component base using proprietary proprietary solutions. The company became a resident of the SEZ in 2019. Today, its equipment operates at more than 100 airports in the country, from Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo to the air harbors of Krasnodar and Yuzhno—Sakhalinsk, as well as in the Moscow Metro, at the facilities of Russian Post, Rosatom State Corporation and Russian Railways. Another development that was demonstrated at the event was Russia's first photolithographic equipment for producing microcircuits with a topology of 350 nanometers. Fewer than 10 countries in the world are capable of creating such equipment. The developer is the Zelenograd Nanotechnology Center, which became a resident of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ in 2011. In 2024, the company began mass production of optical multiplexers for high-speed data transmission, which accelerate Internet traffic up to 100 times. During its work in the special economic zone, the company has mastered the production of 50 types of import-substituting products. The third participant of the exhibition is the company "Yukon Energy", which received the status of a SEZ resident in 2023. She introduced fully domestic capacitors, including for reactive power compensation. The company's production is 70% equipped with Russian equipment, and 75% of the raw materials are domestic. This year, the company has developed Russia's first traction condenser for driving high—speed trains on the future Moscow-St. Petersburg highway. The company's products are used in electric drives of the Lastochka and Ivolga trains, in the rolling stock of the Moscow Metro, as well as in modern trams and trolleybuses. Moscow develops high-tech industries and supports innovative developments. Thanks to the city's support measures, the capital's enterprises create advanced solutions and strengthen technological leadership. Such events contribute to the implementation of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
