The Technoflagman Business Center in the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is open to residents. It is located in the Rudnevo Industrial Park. It is possible to rent premises for offices, laboratories, light production facilities and social infrastructure facilities. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry. "On behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city is creating all the necessary conditions for business development. Import substitution requires new production facilities, and the demand for premises in the SEZ “Technopolis Moscow is growing. The Rudnevo Industrial Park is located in the capital and has good transport accessibility. In the 12-storey Technoflagman complex, you can rent premises ranging from 20 to a thousand square meters. It is planned to create about four thousand new jobs here," Maxim Liksutov said. The Technoflagman business center consists of two 12-storey towers connected by a two-storey stylobate with a shopping gallery. The total area of the complex is 60 thousand square meters. 15,000 square meters have been allocated for offices and laboratories, and about 10 for shops and cafes. A coworking space and a public space will appear on the third floor with an area of more than two thousand square meters. The remaining floors, from the third to the twelfth, will be occupied by offices, laboratories and light production facilities. The main feature of the business center is the green roof. A recreation area has been set up here for employees and residents of the district. Specialists have planted more than 1,400 trees and shrubs, laid out lawns, flower beds, equipped sports and playgrounds. Currently, the business center has cafes, sports clubs, shops and a pharmacy. It is also planned to open a supermarket, an esports school, a beauty salon and a dry cleaner. Moscow is actively developing infrastructure for high-tech industries. This contributes to the creation of new jobs and contributes to the implementation of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
