On March 23, 2026, at 20:24 Moscow time, the first batch launch of spacecraft from BUREAU 1440, a resident of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (hereinafter referred to as the SEZ), took place. This launch marks the transition from the experimental stage to the provision of a real communication service. Key stages of the project implementation: - launching experimental satellites — launching into orbit in order to test technologies. - launch of serial satellites (batch launch of 16 devices) — the beginning of the provision of commercial communication services. The BUREAU 1440 team went from experiment to mass production in exactly 1,000 days, which is how long it takes to launch experimental and production satellites into orbit. In June 2025, a resident of BUREAU 1440 launched mass production of solar panels at the Pechatniki site of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. This project has become another step towards strengthening the technological leadership of the Russian Federation in the space industry. The first batch launch of 16 BUREAU 1440 spacecraft confirms the effectiveness of the high-tech production development model in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. The launch of serial production of solar panels at the Pechatniki site and the subsequent launch into orbit of satellites of our own production demonstrate: - successful vertical integration of production and space competencies; - shortening the time from the experimental stage to commercial operation (1000 days); - contribution of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ resident to ensuring Russia's technological leadership in the space industry.
