In 2025, the city signed five offset contracts with Moscow SEZ enterprises

Since 2017, the Moscow government has signed 36 offset contracts, of which 20 have been concluded with enterprises of the capital's special economic zone. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"On behalf of Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, we provide comprehensive support to high-tech enterprises. One of the effective mechanisms is an offset contract, which allows investors to have guaranteed orders for products, modernize or expand production facilities, and the city to receive in—demand goods and new jobs. Of the 36 offset contracts, 20 were concluded with enterprises of the Moscow SEZ, including five new ones signed in 2025. They will supply medical devices, terminals for selling tickets for public transport, turnstiles and turnstile equipment for the metro," Maxim Liksutov said.

Currently, enterprises located in the SEZ of Moscow supply medicines for the treatment of oncological, cardiological, endocrine and autoimmune diseases, as well as anti-glaucoma, antibacterial and analgesic drugs under offset contracts. In addition, absorbent underwear and urological inserts, medical products for dental patients, and elevators are being shipped for the needs of the city.
