The second stage of the Alabushevo Technopark has been commissioned

Mosgosstroynadzor has granted permission for the commissioning of the second phase of the Alabushevo Technology Park, located in the Zelenograd District of Moscow on General Alekseev Avenue 17, buildings 1-3. This facility will become part of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone.

The second phase consists of three structures: two industrial and scientific buildings, and one business center. These buildings are equipped with office space, residential areas, storage facilities, and specialized work areas.

The surrounding area has been landscaped with landscaping. Parking spaces for service and delivery vehicles have been established, and convenient loading and unloading conditions have been provided. Thanks to the completion of the second phase, the total area of the technology park has reached 100,000 square meters.
