Raytibor, a resident of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ), released more than 20,000 smartphones and tablets in 2025. They run on domestic software listed in the unified state Register of Russian software. This was stated by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.
"On behalf of Sergei Sobyanin, the city is actively developing high-tech sectors of the economy. The emergence of new innovative industries increases the competitiveness of domestic products and reduces dependence on imports. In 2025, Technopolis Moscow, a resident of the special economic zone, released over 20,000 smartphones and tablets. The volume of investments in production has exceeded one billion rubles," Maxim Liksutov said.
The project is important for ensuring Russia's technological sovereignty. Irina Petrova, General Director of Raitibor, said that the launch of a new innovative production facility in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ creates a solid foundation for import substitution of priority types of electronic products. It promotes the development of domestic production of mobile devices and confirms the strategic importance of expanding the local industry in the field of electronics.
Moscow is actively developing the investment climate and industrial potential of the capital. Thanks to urban solutions, labor productivity and production efficiency are increasing. Such events contribute to the development of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
