Zelenograd site is a hub for high—tech industries. Here, the city, together with companies, has formed about 400 thousand square meters of innovative infrastructure. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.
"On behalf of the Mayor of Moscow, we are creating all conditions for the localization of production in the capital. As part of this work at one of the largest SEZ sites “Technopolis Moscow — Alabushevo — has already built almost 400,000 square meters of industrial, public and business infrastructure. This allows enterprises to comfortably organize production for the needs of the city and the whole country," said Maxim Liksutov.
Companies that have received resident status enjoy large-scale tax preferences: for 10 years, enterprises are exempt from paying taxes on property, land and transport, and the income tax rate is two percent instead of 25. Residents are also exempt from paying customs duties and VAT when importing goods and equipment under the procedure of a free customs zone. The company uses the saved funds to increase production volumes, as well as to develop new high-tech products.
