A resident of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone helped to reconstruct the Zarya cinema in Zaraysk (Altai Territory) and the Konoplev Football Academy in Primorsky (Samara Region). For example, the Nanotechnology Center for Composites supplied carbon fiber lamellas for the cinema, and composite protective cases for the boiler room of the sports complex. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.
"With the support of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the capital is actively developing ties with other cities, exchanging experiences and implementing joint projects. Thus, the company's products from the Moscow special economic zone have helped reduce the time required to implement important infrastructure projects in a number of Russian regions. For example, in the Altai Territory, the resident's products significantly accelerated the restoration of the former cinema building, and in Samara, the Konoplev Football Academy. Over the eight years of activity in the capital's SEZ, the resident has produced innovative products from new materials worth more than 11.5 billion rubles," Maxim Liksutov said.
During the reconstruction of the Zarya cinema in Zaraysk, the NCC external reinforcement system made of carbon fiber lamellae was used: the need for it arose due to the need to increase the bearing capacity of the building structure. The system made it possible to avoid increasing the load on the beams being repaired, which would have been inevitable if reinforced with metal, and to carry out restoration work as soon as possible.
A section of the main gas pipeline for the boiler room of the Konoplev Football Academy sports complex in Primorsky, Samara region, is also equipped with composite protective cases for pipelines manufactured by NCK. Fiberglass NCC cases replace traditional steel ones, which are much less convenient for installation due to the high weight and risks associated with the need for welding on gas pipelines. By the end of 2025, the resident produced more than 9,000 linear meters of fiberglass cases.
