The manufacturer of multifunctional Russian ATMs from the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone produced over four thousand modern devices in 2025. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"Moscow's SEZ is a driver of the capital's industry. On behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city provides comprehensive support to high-tech enterprises. The status of a resident of a preferential territory allows companies to reduce their tax burden, and use the saved funds for new developments, modernization and expansion of production. In 2025, the SEZ resident “Technopolis Moscow has released over four thousand domestic ATMs, which have already been installed in the capital, as well as other Russian cities," Maxim Liksutov said.

The company "Banking and Financial Systems" (BFS) is engaged in the production of self-service devices for Russian banks. The devices are equipped with up-to-date technological solutions, including a set of anti-fraud tools, biometric cameras, barcode and QR code readers. In addition, ATMs differ from their foreign counterparts in their modern industrial design and thoughtful ergonomics.

All self-service devices of the Moscow SEZ resident are included in the register of industrial products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
