Municipal infrastructure has been improved at the Technopolis Moscow SEZ site

At the Rudnevo site, work is being completed to improve the communal infrastructure that guarantees the reliable functioning of existing and developing industrial buildings. To date, the readiness of engineering facilities is 96 percent. This was announced by Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Investment and Industrial Policy Department.

"On SEZ sites "Technopolis Moscow is forming a modern innovation environment that combines high-tech production, scientific research and business infrastructure. The Rudnevo Industrial Park is developing systematically: more than 20 buildings with a total area of about 440 thousand square meters have already been built here. At the same time, a comprehensive infrastructure and landscaping is being created, from service and sports facilities to engineering and telecommunications systems," Anatoly Garbuzov added.

Specialists have completed construction and installation work at local sewage treatment plants, a sewage pumping station and a gas boiler house, which provides heating, hot water supply and technological needs of the site facilities.

"As part of the project, the construction of a collector for switching the Rudnevka River was completed, as well as a complex of works on the development of the road network. Highways have been built on the territory, traffic lights have been installed, bus shelters have been installed and sidewalks have been laid out. At the moment, the site is undergoing commissioning processes," said Vladislav Sultanov, General Director of the construction company Promstroy LLC.

The remaining work on individual sections of sidewalks and landscaping will be completed upon the onset of stable positive average daily temperatures.

A special economic zone is a territory with a special legal status, which has a preferential business regime for investors. The area of the SEZ's high-tech enterprises exceeds 390 hectares. For several years, Technopolis Moscow has been a leader in international and national industry ratings.
