Technopolis Moscow SEZ offers large land assets for the construction of industrial facilities

The Special Economic Zone presented six sites at the roadshow for the formation of social, business and industrial complexes. The lots are intended for investors planning to create high-tech production facilities, and are sold through the sale of a 100% stake in the authorized capital of subsidiaries. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"On behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city is actively developing its industrial potential in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. Currently, six land plots are available to investors: two of them with a total area of 4.1 hectares are located in the Rudnevo Industrial Park. Two more with a total area of 7.3 hectares are offered at the Zelenograd site "Alabushevo". The other two sites are located on the key site of Moscow's Pechatniki SEZ. The lots will be sold at auction," Maxim Liksutov specified.

The presentation of the lots in the roadshow format took place on February 17. The event was organized by the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy.

"Roadshow meetings for individuals and legal entities interested in purchasing city property at open auctions are held in the capital every month. Information about all available facilities is posted on the Investment Portal of the city of Moscow. Bid campaigns for participation in auctions for the sale of a 100% stake in the authorized capital of Moscow SEZ subsidiaries will be completed from February 26 to March 10, and auctions will be held on March 4 and 13, depending on the lot," added Kirill Purtov, head of the Moscow Department for Competition Policy.

To participate in auctions, you will need registration on the Roseltorg online platform and an enhanced qualified electronic signature.

The implementation of these projects will become part of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ development strategy. Its area will reach 600 hectares by 2030, which will accommodate about 600 high-tech enterprises. The total volume of investments in industry in the territory of the special economic zone will grow 2.4 times, reaching 1.2 trillion rubles.
