The improvement of the second stage of the Alabushevo Technopark has been completed in the SEZ of Moscow

Comprehensive infrastructure development continues on the territory of the Alabushevo Technopark. As part of the incentive program for job creation, the developer Capital Group has already implemented the second stage of the project, which covers 50,000 square meters. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"On behalf of Sergei Sobyanin, a modern industrial environment is being consistently formed in the city, which contributes to sustainable economic growth and expands employment opportunities for residents of the capital. One example of such work is the Alabushevo technopark in Zelenograd, two stages of which occupy a total of more than 100 thousand square meters. After reaching full capacity, over 2.5 thousand new jobs will be created here," Maxim Liksutov added.

Landscaping works have been completed on the territory of the facility. A finishing layer of asphalt concrete was laid on the entire area, which ensured the formation of a convenient and safe road network. According to the concept, small architectural forms have been installed, recreation areas and employee stays have been organized. Large-scale landscaping has been carried out: plants have been planted, lawns and green areas have been formed.

"The construction of a business center in the Alabushevo technopark will allow Muscovites to find jobs in the immediate vicinity of their homes, which will reduce pendulum migration and comply with the principles of the "15-minute city." The second stage of the complex provides for the construction of 50,000 square meters of modern space, where 1,250 jobs will be created after completion," said Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

Mosgosstroynadzor supervised the construction of the second stage of the production facility at all stages.

According to Anton Slobodchikov, Chairman of Mosgosstroynadzor, the work has been carried out since 2024. During this time, the Committee's inspectors conducted eight control and supervisory activities at the site. Based on the results of the final on-site inspection, a conclusion was drawn up on the compliance of the buildings with the approved design documentation. The next stage is to issue a permit for their commissioning.

At the same time, security measures have been carried out on the territory of the technopark: a permanent fence contour has been installed along the perimeter, which makes it possible to effectively regulate access and delimit functional zones. The installation of street lighting has also been completed: cable lines have been laid, lamps have been installed, and illumination of pedestrian routes and driveways has been provided. Additionally, the architectural illumination of the buildings is carried out, which emphasizes the composition of the buildings and forms a visual image of the space in the evening.

As noted by Vladimir Galaktionov, Member of the Management Board, Director of Legal Affairs at Capital Group, the project is being implemented as part of a program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities, and its importance is not limited only to the construction site. We are talking about creating a high-quality environment for high-tech enterprises and creating jobs for Muscovites. The technopark has already become a growth point for the city's innovative economy and an example of how development projects can work for the long-term development of the urban environment.

The incentive program for job creation has been implemented since 2020 and has covered almost all districts of the capital. Investors will build more than 270 facilities with a total area of 8.3 million square meters.

Among them are new industrial enterprises, office and shopping centers, educational, cultural and sports institutions.

In total, over 2.8 trillion rubles will be attracted to the development of Moscow, which will create about 360,000 new jobs in almost all sectors of the city's economy.
