A resident of the Moscow SEZ helps train engineering specialists

In 2025, a manufacturer of laser machines from the special economic zone of the capital shipped 30 pieces of equipment to colleges and universities to teach students the basics of working with machines. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"On behalf of Sergei Sobyanin, enterprises in the special economic zone of the capital not only create high-tech products, but also actively help develop the country's human resources potential. For example, in 2025, a resident of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ supplied 30 units of laser equipment to universities and colleges. With its help, educational institutions train highly qualified operators of numerically controlled machines and welders," Maxim Liksutov said.

The Laser Class solution was developed by Lassard, whose production facilities are located at the Pechatniki site. Among the supplied equipment are machines for laser cutting, welding, engraving and marking. The company also ships personal protective equipment, control and measuring devices, consumables and blanks, as well as teaching materials.

In addition, a special simulator has been developed. The virtual simulator teaches perfect laser cutting in reality. Students control the laser power, the speed of machining parts, and other operations.
