"On behalf of the Mayor of Moscow, the city provides support to high-tech companies located in the capital's special economic zone. Thanks to large-scale benefits and tax preferences from the Moscow Government, enterprises are increasing the volume of shipments of their products. For example, in the first nine months of 2025, residents' revenue amounted to 175.3 billion rubles. This is 68 percent more than in the same period last year," Maxim Liksutov said.
Companies with SEZ resident status are exempt from paying property, transport and land taxes for a period of 10 years. The income tax rate for them has been reduced 12.5 times to two percent. They use the saved funds for the expansion and development of production, as well as the development of new products for the needs of the city and the country, which as a result has a positive effect on the financial results of high-tech enterprises in the SEZ of the city.
Currently, over 240 companies are operating at 10 sites in the special economic zone of Moscow, which produce products in critically important industries.
