Currently, over 2 million square meters of industrial, public and business infrastructure have been built in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.
"With the support of the city, the SEZ has become a powerful driver for the development of the capital's innovation and human resources potential. Currently, there are more than 240 enterprises operating here, for which over two million square meters of industrial and public-business space have been erected. In 2025 alone, infrastructure facilities with an area of more than 360 thousand square meters were built here. The main facilities of them were built on the three largest sites of the SEZ “Technopolis Moscow consists of Rudnevo, Alabushevo and Pechatniki," said Maxim Liksutov.
Thus, an office and laboratory building with a total area of 53.7 thousand square meters was commissioned at the Pechatniki site, in which the Center for Practical Training "Professions of the Future" has already begun its work. Here, adult Muscovites can master a new specialty or upgrade their qualifications in 75 practice-oriented programs in various sectors of the economy. There are 35 modern workshops in the center, in which 5,000 pieces of equipment are installed. There is a metro station with a real carriage, a full-size elevator shaft, a restaurant and a five-star hotel.
Four facilities with a total area of 97.3 thousand square meters have been commissioned in the Rudnevo Industrial Park. These are laboratory and office spaces, as well as an industrial building for high-tech companies.
The Moscow Photonics Center has also started operating on the territory of the capital's SEZ, as well as a sports and leisure complex, which has become an important element of the social infrastructure of the site. In total, 11 industrial and public-business facilities were commissioned in the SEZ of Moscow in 2025, seven of them were built with the participation of the city, the rest – at the expense of private investors.
Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin spoke about the achievements of the capital's SEZ and congratulated it on its 20th anniversary.
