Large commercial real estate projects were presented to investors at a roadshow in Moscow

A roadshow event titled "Major Projects for Major Investments" was held in the capital for the business community. Participants were presented with lots available at city auctions suitable for major entrepreneurial initiatives, according to Kirill Purtov, Head of the Moscow Department of Competition Policy.

"Moscow is auctioning off real estate for both small and medium-sized businesses, as well as large ones. Specifically, open auctions will select entrepreneurs who will be able to build three public and business complexes for research and development at the Pechatniki site of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. Furthermore, the city has allocated several sites for large-scale investment projects in the New Moscow and Zelenograd Administrative Okrugs, and has designated zones for integrated development in the Orekhovo-Borisovo Yuzhnoye, Orekhovo-Borisovo Severnoye, Severnoye Tushino, and Kurkino districts. "Our roadshow explained who can invest in these projects and how to do so," noted Kirill Purtov.

Investors were offered a total of 10 lots: rights to conclude agreements for the implementation of five large-scale investment projects, rights to conclude contracts for the integrated development of territories in the Southern and Northwestern Administrative Districts, as well as 100 percent of the authorized capital of TechnoGorod-1, TechnoGorod-2, and TechnoGorod-3 LLCs, owned by Technopolis Moscow SEZ JSC.

Experts from the Moscow Department of Competition Policy, the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, the Department of City Property, the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, the Moscow Investors Association, and others spoke at the roadshow.

"In the coming years, we plan to significantly expand the territory of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. In particular, the Pechatniki site is expected to undergo active development, where several more buildings will be built. "The planned projects are already attracting investors and potential tenants thanks to their high-quality infrastructure, excellent transport accessibility, and the tax incentives provided by Moscow SEZ residency status," explained Anatoly Garbuzov, Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

The event was organized by the Moscow Department of Competition Policy in conjunction with the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. Similar meetings for entrepreneurs and other city residents interested in starting or scaling their businesses are held in the capital every month.
