Moscow presented investment lots in the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone

Moscow is accepting applications for participation in a tender for the construction of a 60,000-square-meter complex to support scientific research activities. The facility will be built at the Pechatniki site of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone, according to Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"On the instructions of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, we are attracting private investment to develop Moscow's industry. New production facilities will be built at the Pechatniki site of the Moscow SEZ. Investors are now accepting applications for the right to construct a 60,000-square-meter public and business complex for scientific research activities," said Maxim Liksutov.

The tender involves the sale of 100 percent of the authorized capital of TechnoGorod-3, a limited liability company owned by Technopolis Moscow SEZ. The winner is obligated to construct the building at Kolomnikova Street.

"The Technopolis Moscow SEZ has become the heart of the city's high-tech industry development—a territory with a special legal status offering preferential treatment for investors. Technopolis Moscow sites are harmoniously integrated into the urban environment. Landscaped areas, greenways, sports facilities, cafes, and services are being built within the SEZ," emphasized Anatoly Garbuzov, Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

The facility will be part of a complex of buildings at the Pechatniki site of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. The completed buildings will form a multifunctional space with a pedestrian and exhibition gallery, panoramic windows, and office areas that will become a focal point for both Muscovites and businesses.

"City auctions offer investors ample opportunities to start and grow their businesses. To obtain the right to build a public and business complex in Pechatniki, you must submit an application to participate in the auction by December 17." "The auction will take place on December 24, and both legal entities and individuals are eligible to participate," explained Kirill Purtov, Head of the Moscow Department of Competition Policy.
