Moscow has announced a tender for the construction of a public and business building in the capital's Special Economic Zone (SEZ)

Bids are now open for the construction of a public and business building covering 85,400 square meters. The facility will be built on the Pechatniki site of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"On the instructions of Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, we are working to attract private investment to develop industrial capacity in the city. Over 130 high-tech enterprises are currently operating at the Pechatniki site, and the total area of ​​industrial, public, and business infrastructure is 550,000 square meters. By 2030, an additional 430,000 square meters of industrial real estate will be built there. Bids are now open for investors to participate in the construction of a modern public and business complex covering 85,400 square meters," Maxim Liksutov announced.

The auction involves the sale of a 100 percent stake in the authorized capital of TechnoGorod-2, a limited liability company owned by Technopolis Moscow SEZ. The winner will assume responsibility for the construction of a public and business complex at the following address: Kolomnikova Street.

"Complete industrial space in the special economic zone is in high demand. Locating in the SEZ and obtaining resident status provides access to significant tax benefits: for ten years, companies are exempt from property, land, and transport taxes, pay only 2 percent profit tax instead of 25 percent, and are exempt from customs duties and VAT on imported equipment. Furthermore, the proximity of other high-tech enterprises allows us to build effective cooperation," emphasized Anatoly Garbuzov, Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

The facility will become part of a complex of buildings at the Pechatniki site of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. These facilities create a multifunctional space with a pedestrian exhibition gallery, panoramic glazing, and office areas that will become a focal point for both residents and businesses.

"A wide range of business lots is available at the city auction—from premises for service businesses to land plots for industrial facilities and production complexes. Any legal entities, individuals, or sole proprietors can participate in the online auction for a 100% stake in the authorized capital of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. Applications are accepted until December 17, and the auction itself and its results will be announced on December 24," added Kirill Purtov, Head of the Moscow Department of Competition Policy.
