Moscow is holding a tender for the construction of a public complex in the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone

The city will attract private capital for the construction of a 65,700-square-meter complex for scientific research activities in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. The investor will be selected through an open tender, announced Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"On the instructions of Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, we are paying special attention to the development of the capital's industry. By 2030, the Technopolis Moscow SEZ alone will provide over 5.7 million square meters of industrial, public, and business space for the city's high-tech enterprises. Investors are now accepting applications to participate in the tender for the right to construct a 65,700-square-meter public complex for scientific research activities," Liksutov announced.

The winning bidder will acquire 100 percent of the authorized capital of TechnoGorod-1, a limited liability company owned by Technopolis Moscow SEZ. The new building will be located at: st. Kolomnikova.

"The Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone is the Moscow Government's flagship project. The city's most high-tech manufacturing facilities are developing on its sites. This is largely possible thanks to significant tax incentives: SEZ residents are exempt from property, land, and transport taxes for ten years, pay only 2 percent profit tax instead of 25 percent, and are also exempt from customs duties and VAT on imported equipment," emphasized Anatoly Garbuzov, Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

The facility will be part of a complex of buildings at the Pechatniki site. The completed buildings will form a multifunctional space with a pedestrian exhibition gallery, panoramic windows, and office areas that will become a focal point for both residents and businesses.

"Any legal entity or individual, including sole proprietorships, can compete for the lot." Applications for the auction will be accepted until December 17, and the auction itself will take place on December 24. Applicants will be required to provide an electronic signature and register on the digital trading platform," added Kirill Purtov, Head of the Moscow Department of Competition Policy.

Information about the lots offered by the city for auction is published on the Investment Portal in the "Moscow Auctions" section. Here you can find photographs, documentation, terms and conditions, and the form of sale. Participation requires registration on the Roseltorg online platform and an enhanced, qualified electronic signature.

Industrial, office, and laboratory infrastructure is actively developing in the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin launched the production of photonic integrated circuits in the capital's special economic zone.
