A company specializing in the development and production of measuring and control devices has become a new resident of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"Following the instructions of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city is paying special attention to the development of high-tech industry. This is facilitated by comprehensive support measures, including tax and customs incentives provided to Moscow SEZ residents. Innovative production of intelligent measuring and control devices will be launched in the first quarter of 2026. The new SEZ resident's product range will include differential and absolute pressure sensors. These are used in process control in the pharmaceutical, mining, oil and gas, chemical, and energy industries. Investment in the project will exceed 200 million rubles," Maxim Liksutov announced.

RegSensor's production facilities will occupy an area of 1,370 square meters. The launch of the production lines will create 30 new jobs. According to the company's CEO, Igor Volkov, the products manufactured enable the measurement of physical parameters of various technological processes over a wide range of pressures and temperatures, processing the information, and transmitting it to the next level. The resident's equipment uses a digital, rather than analog, data exchange protocol.

Another distinctive feature of the sensors is the use of pure silicon as the sensing element, ensuring high accuracy and stability of measurements.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin outlined the strategy for the development of Moscow industry through 2030. The Technopolis Moscow SEZ sites feature prominently in this strategy. The Mayor noted that by 2030, the SEZ is planned to be significantly expanded to 600 hectares and 5.6 million square meters of production infrastructure. The enterprises in the special economic zone will employ more than 90,000 specialists.

Resident companies of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ can enjoy extensive tax incentives and benefits: they are exempt from property, land, and transport taxes for 10 years, and the profit tax rate is reduced to two percent instead of 25 percent. Residents are also exempt from customs duties and VAT on imported goods and equipment under the free customs zone procedure. Companies use the savings to increase production volumes and develop and implement new high-tech solutions.
