The development of a modern business center is nearing completion within the Technopolis Moscow SEZ

At the first of five business centers planned for construction on Kolomnikova Street, office space for the administrative section of the complex has been completed. This was announced by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

"Following the instructions of the Moscow Mayor, large-scale improvements to industrial areas in the capital are ongoing, aimed at creating a comfortable and modern urban environment. A new business complex consisting of five buildings is being built in the South-Eastern Administrative District. Once all the buildings are operational, the planned floor area will exceed 340,000 square meters," said Maxim Liksutov.

The business center has been equipped with common areas, finishing work, and utility connections. The high-rise section of the complex, with its relief panels and stemalite facades, is designed to accommodate modern offices, educational, and scientific spaces. The architectural design allows for a flexible layout and a high level of engineering equipment, allowing the space to be adapted to the needs of high-tech companies.

"The infrastructure development of the Pechatniki site is becoming an important stage in the creation of new growth areas for industry, science, and business in the capital. Construction of a modern business center on Kolomnikova Street, covering over 50,000 square meters, has been completed—this is the first building in the future multifunctional complex. The tenant, Transmashholding, has signed a contract for space on the fifth through twenty-third floors and is preparing to move in. The building will house the company's headquarters and key divisions," noted Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

The office and business complex will be part of the Yuzhny Port project, Europe's largest, initiated by the Moscow Government.

As Vladislav Sultanov, General Director of Industrial Construction, explained, the office and business center project is focused on efficient use of space, openness, accessibility, and multifunctionality. The company optimized the layout, placing elevator lobbies, technical facilities, and administrative spaces in the center of the building. This allowed for an even distribution of offices across the entire floor area and simplified their adaptation to tenants' needs.

A special economic zone is an area with a special legal status, offering preferential business regimes for investors. The area of high-tech enterprises located within the SEZ exceeds 390 hectares. For several years, Technopolis Moscow has been a leader in international and national industry rankings.
