Facade work has been completed on the research and production buildings of the second phase of the Alabushevo Technopark in Zelenograd, announced Vladislav Ovchinsky, Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy.
Two buildings are being constructed in the Silino district at 17-19 General Alekseyev Avenue as part of the second phase of the Alabushevo Technopark. Three more buildings in the first phase, with a total area of over 53,500 square meters, were completed last year.
"The two research and production buildings, with a total area of over 32,000 square meters, will house spacious production units with double-height ceilings. For the convenience of staff, administrative and amenity spaces with offices, meeting rooms, and break rooms are planned there. Warehouse space has been provided on the third floor for storing finished products. The buildings of the Alabushevo Technopark are being constructed in a light industrial format. "This allows for the creation of spaces that are easily redeveloped and adapted for various types of production," said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

According to him, a seven-story office building is also being built as part of the second phase: the total area of all three buildings will exceed 54,000 square meters.
The industrial park is being built within the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone as part of the city's program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities.
"In accordance with the instructions of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the capital continues to actively develop modern industrial infrastructure, creating conditions for the efficient operation of enterprises and the implementation of innovative technologies. One of the key projects, the Alabushevo Technopark, with a total area of over 100,000 square meters, is being implemented as part of the program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities." "Upon completion of construction, more than 2,500 new jobs will be created here," explained Anatoly Garbuzov, Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
A parking lot for trucks and cars will be built on the adjacent territory, along with comfortable loading areas.
"Construction of the second phase is being supervised by Mosgosstroynadzor. During the sixth on-site inspection, the Committee's inspectors assessed the compliance of the completed monolithic and façade work with the requirements of the design documentation and the approved architectural and urban planning solution," added Anton Slobodchikov, Chairman of the supervisory agency.
The project developer is Capital Group. The Alabushevo Technopark boasts excellent transport accessibility thanks to its proximity to the Central Ring Road, Leningradskoe Highway, and Pyatnitskoe Highway.
