The city supports collaboration between small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as research centers and universities. Supporting high-tech industries is a priority for the city's economic policy. Collaboration between industrial players helps attract qualified personnel to the development of high-tech projects, leverage their scientific potential, and reduce production and logistics costs. This was announced by Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the City Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

"One of the key goals of the Industrial Development Strategy through 2030 is to increase the level of clustering in the industrial sector. This is essential for the accelerated market entry of innovative solutions. In high-tech industries, cooperation chains play a key role in creating competitive products, from robotics to medical devices. Within five years, the share of cluster revenue in industry will increase almost 3.5-fold – from 12 percent to over 40 percent. Clustering is already creating synergies, reducing costs, and developing competencies. "Furthermore, cooperation will strengthen the regional economy's independence from imports and ensure increased labor productivity and wages," said Anatoly Garbuzov.

The Technopolis Moscow special economic zone has become a hub for cooperation in the city. One example is the collaboration between SEZ residents: Ruslet, a company specializing in the manufacture of high-speed, high-performance cableway systems, and Mikrobor, a manufacturer of metal-cutting tools. The basis for this cooperation was the need to equip Ruslet's production line with high-performance tools. These tools are currently used in the manufacture of balance roller housings for cableways.

In the capital, Ruslet built the Moscow Cableway on Vorobyovy Gory. To improve the technical and economic efficiency of the operation and maintenance of cableway systems, the resident collaborates with leading Russian universities such as Bauman Moscow State Technical University and Moscow Polytechnic University.

Within the SEZ, Concern Goodwin, which specializes in the development and production of industrial radio communication systems, fulfills contract assembly orders for electronic modules for several medical manufacturers, including Medplant and TZMOI. This partnership allows for expanded business relationships and increased productivity on the production line when it is not fulfilling its own orders. Furthermore, collaborating within a single location reduces logistics costs and facilitates communication with partners. TZMOI uses Concern Goodwin components in the production of steam sterilizers, disinfection and washing machines, and other infection control equipment.

Another example of cooperation within the SEZ is the collaboration between TechnoRed and Privod Engineering. They have created a robotic system with a specialized gripper for marking construction materials. This is a REDS C5 industrial robot, equipped with sensors and safety systems for human interaction. Privod Engineering also developed specialized software for the system, integrating the solution into production. The new system features ultra-precise movements: the robot's gripper does not deform the information label or product during operation. The special adhesive used during label removal does not leave residue on the label or damage the product.
