46,000 square meters of new production space have been created in the Rudnevo Industrial Park. An industrial building with administrative and amenity facilities has been constructed there. The new facility will provide comfortable working conditions for high-tech enterprises, according to Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.
"On the instructions of Sergei Sobyanin, a unique environment is being created within the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone, combining cutting-edge manufacturing, scientific research, and modern infrastructure for businesses and residents. A new 46,000 square meter facility has been built in the Rudnevo Industrial Park. It will house office and business space, and the project will create approximately 750 new jobs and will significantly contribute to the development of the capital's innovative industry," said Maxim Liksutov.
The complex offers modern technological solutions for residents. For example, a ramp for freight transport connects all production floors. This optimizes the building's space and improves logistics efficiency.
The new facility is a versatile space for various types and categories of production facilities. The laconic design of its facades complements the overall architectural appearance of the area, demonstrating a modern approach to industrial construction in Moscow.
"The Rudnevo Industrial Park is developing dynamically and consistently. More than 20 buildings with a total area of over 440,000 square meters have already been built here. The new office and laboratory building is the fourth facility commissioned since the beginning of 2025, clearly demonstrating the site's rapid development and the demand for its infrastructure among businesses," added Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
The Rudnevo Industrial Park is rapidly developing thanks to the construction of modern office and industrial complexes. They combine scientific and educational centers, innovative laboratories, and social and cultural spaces.
In addition to advanced manufacturing and research facilities, the area is planned to accommodate infrastructure and amenities—from cafes and sports centers to public utilities, energy hubs, and telecommunications systems. This comprehensive approach not only ensures comfortable working and living conditions but also creates additional jobs, facilitating the development of the capital's innovation cluster.
