First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Manturov Visits Technopolis Moscow SEZ Enterprises
First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Denis Manturov visited industrial enterprises in Zelenograd within the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ) to familiarize himself with their operations. He toured NPP Doza, which develops and mass-produces radiation monitoring systems, as well as the Rezonit Plus plant, specializing in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing.
Denis Manturov inspected the equipment produced by NPP Doza and reviewed the full production cycle. In particular, he visited the radio assembly workshop, where PCB and cable soldering is performed, devices are assembled and calibrated, and a production line for large-scale equipment operates. The company’s products are used at all nuclear power plants and Rosatom facilities, on nuclear icebreakers, in research centers and nuclear medicine facilities, and are exported to more than 50 countries worldwide. During the visit, a demonstration of the Livadiya-871 radiation monitoring system was presented for upgraded floating nuclear power units.
During his visit to Rezonit’s facilities, located at the Alabushevo site of Technopolis Moscow SEZ, Manturov familiarized himself with PCB production. Today, Rezonit is the largest PCB manufacturer in Russia and one of the leading assembly enterprises, producing a quarter of all PCBs in the country. The company invests in the development and creation of domestic equipment and actively equips its facilities with it. For instance, Rezonit Plus in Alabushevo features a family of machines for installing SMT components, representing the first domestically developed equipment of this type. Additionally, the plant has an automated immersion gold plating line, one of the most critical and complex technological steps in PCB production. This process is carried out entirely on Russian-made equipment and software, using domestic chemicals.
