Large Accommodation Modules to Be Produced at Technopolis Moscow SEZ                            The company Kombinat Innovatsionnykh Tekhnologiy–MonArch has become a resident of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The company specializes in producing unique reinforced concrete modules of up to 100 square meters, designed for building residential, public, office, and social facilities. The news was shared by Maxim Liksutov, Moscow’s Deputy Mayor for Transport and Industry.

“Following the instructions of Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, we are actively expanding production in strategically important industries. The new SEZ resident has already launched the first stage of its site for producing large accommodation modules. Two more facilities are under construction — a precast concrete plant and a fa?ade plant. Together, the future production complex will cover more than 160,000 square meters and will turn out around 550,000 square meters of finished products every year. Investment in the project will exceed 12.5 billion rubles and create about 3,000 new jobs for the city,” said Maxim Liksutov.

The company operates as a full-cycle manufacturer — from producing individual wall panels to delivering ready-to-use modules.

“The design of the modules allows flexible layouts and diverse fa?ade styles. The company has already completed several large projects in Moscow. For example, in Izmailovo district it built a kindergarten and facilities for the Moscow Metro,” said Anatoly Garbuzov, Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

The main production plant is planned to be commissioned by the end of 2025, and the fa?ade plant in 2026.Company director Dmitry Mochalin explained that the new fa?ade plant will make window and door frames, glass fa?ades, and metal panels for building exteriors. These materials are affordable, lightweight, non-flammable, quick to install, and durable.

Technopolis Moscow SEZ helps companies set up high-tech production, attract investment, and bring advanced technologies into the city’s industry.

“SEZ resident status gives companies access to government support measures, including tax benefits. For 10 years, they are exempt from property, land, and transport taxes, and the profit tax rate is only 2%. Since the SEZ was launched, its residents have created more than 18,600 new jobs in Moscow,” reminded Gennady Degtev, CEO of Technopolis Moscow SEZ.
