Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, got acquainted with the production facilities of the industrial enterprises of the Rudnevo Industrial Park of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone.

The Minister inspected the production sites of the companies Kronshtadt, Gaskar Group and TSARS, which are engaged in the production and development of UAS. He noted the high level of development of the Rudnevo Industrial Park and the contribution of the capital's industrial enterprises to achieving the country's technological independence in critical sectors.

"Moscow's support measures in synergy with federal ones provide a serious foundation for the development of production in the region. I would like to note that of the federal measures across the country, the grant for drone certification remains the most in demand. Developers can use the funds from it to pay for labor and services required for UAS certification, cover material and overhead costs, and rent infrastructure for flight operations. The portfolio of measures is available to more than 200 manufacturers of UAS and their components. Important measures are end-to-end R&D, for which 8 topics are currently being implemented, and reverse engineering. By 2030, a network of UAS research and production centers should be established in 48 regions, which will ensure a full production cycle - from development to certification and mass production. As of today, 15 centers have been given official status, one of them is located here in Rudnevo," Anton Alikhanov said.

The Federal Center for Unmanned Aircraft Systems, launched on behalf of the President of Russia, unites 12 leading UAS developers and manufacturers.

The Collective Use Center is equipped with 72 units of production equipment (milling, turning, electric erosion machines, 3D printers, machines for processing textolite and laser cutting, laser welding, powder coating and electroplating lines, a chamber furnace, an SMD mounting line, etc.) designed to ensure the contract production of UAS components for industry organizations.

The Competence Center for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CCAS) of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University presented the minister with a catalog of domestic components for Russian drones. The Center's experts have created a "Production and Operational catalog" containing all types of domestic products in the field of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). The project is being implemented at the request of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. It is also a subsidiary of MSTU named after N.E. Bauman - TSARS JSC demonstrated to the Minister new unmanned aircraft and prototypes of heavy drones powered by hydrogen.

During his visit to the BAS Training Center, Anton Alikhanov also visited the Cyberdrome training ground. It was created to fulfill the tasks of developing the human resources potential of the industry, educational activities and conducting competitions and events in the field of UAS. Educational initiatives are being implemented jointly with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and the Government of Moscow. The minister was shown the possibilities of space, the products of Geoscan LLC, Ninsar LLC, Omega LLC, Eliars LLC were presented, and students from Moscow universities showed their drone piloting skills. In the future, the Flight Test Complex (LIK), as well as classrooms for students, will be actively used to conduct training and sports events.

"The industrial area of the site is divided into three extensive zones with a well-developed transport and pedestrian network. Currently, it includes 22 administrative, business and industrial buildings, the total area of which exceeds 340 thousand square meters. There are 25 companies operating here, of which 13 are residents of the SEZ. The Rudnevo Industrial Park is one of the key points of attraction for high–tech industries. In 2025, more than six thousand jobs will be created here," said Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

He added that by 2030, the total area of Rudnevo will exceed 1.9 million square meters and will additionally accommodate the production of 65 enterprises, which will create 18,000 new jobs.

In addition, Rudnevo is actively developing. A modern multifunctional public and business center, built on the site of an industrial park, has received a permit for commissioning. Social infrastructure facilities, a recreation area, a coworking space, offices, a laboratory and light production facilities will be located here. The commissioning of the facility will increase the investment attractiveness of the industrial park and create additional jobs in Moscow.
