Almost 50 residents of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ switched to remote work

Remote working has been introduced by 48 companies located on the territory of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow. Ten more companies are going to do it in the nearest future, said Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. “Remote working is a precaution necessary for employees’ health. Each company took the decision separately depending on the functional possibilities of production process. At the same time SEZ Technopolis Moscow has organized temperature monitoring at all checkpoints and sensor sanitizers for hand hygiene all over the place”, – said Gennady Degtev.

Not only do the companies encourage people work from home but also provide all necessary protection means for those who remain in offices and at manufacturing sites.

“It’s not only for the office staff but also technical experts, engineering block of the Department of principal administration and other divisions. We have technical opportunities for this. For example new order at the checkpoints considering the need of disinfection and ventilation of the changeroom after each group of people. Of course it reduces working hours but there is nothing more important than people’s health”, - commented Maria Koval, Deputy CEO of Ecopolis Corporation.
