At the end of 2020, a resident company of the special economic zone Technopolis Moscow, TD UGUR LLC, is to start the construction of a new manufacturing of refrigerating equipment for its further industrial usage in Alabushevo site, as informed by Alexander Prokhorov, Head of the Department of investment and industrial policy of Moscow.

“The project is aimed at total substitution of foreign analogies of refrigerating equipment which is actively used in supermarkets, industrial enterprises, railway and automobile transport and in the shipbuilding. The company is going to invest 912.6 million Rubles with total taxes amounting to 1.42 billion Rubles in the next ten years”, the Head of the Department said.

The first release is anticipated in October 2022 reaching the full output by the beginning of 2023. “The preferences of a resident’s status provide for lower prime cost of goods due to cheaper components. The scheduled output is 1500 units per month leading to over 200 working places”, said Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow.

According to Gregory Karneev, CEO of the company TD UGUR LLC, the producer plans to establish a unique manufacturing and later go worldwide. The equipment will be released under the brand name OMEX. In the long run we plan to tap the markets of CIS, Eastern Europe and Asia, he added.
