One of the programs is designed to automate the processes of maintaining the work schedule of employees and payroll, providing access to employees to manage these processes.  At the same time, the information is stored in the system, unloading is built on it, allowing you to control and optimize all processes. The second program helps facilitate and speed up quality control of call center operators.  This is achieved by automating business processes, typical and routine operations - checking calls according to checklists, working with reports, monitoring performance indicators, conducting trainings, informing employees Yago company has been a resident of Pechatniki site of  SEZ Technopolis Moscow since 2021, it employs more than a dozen highly qualified specialists.  Modern infrastructure, comfortable logistics and economic preferences of the resident status allowed the company to implement its strategy of creating software solutions for call centers as planned, the demand for services of which is constantly growing and, according to forecasts, the market will grow by an average of 7 percent per year”,  said Gennady Degtev, CEO of SEZ Technopolis Moscow.
