MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FROM THE TECHNOPOLIS MOSCOW SEZ WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE REGIONS

The resident of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow plans to increase the supply of medical equipment to the regions of Russia, as well as to the medical institutions of the capital, by almost a third. This was announced by the Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky. “One of the residents of the SEZ, Chirana+, plans to increase the supply of its own medical equipment to Russian regions and Moscow clinics by almost 30 percent by the end of the year. He will send six devices for testing to medical institutions in Dagestan, including artificial lung ventilation devices, anesthesia and respiratory stations and training equipment. The company handed over a patented invention to the Republican Perinatal Center of Makhachkala - a simulator for training doctors how to work with breathing apparatus. It is also planned to send the equipment to the Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk Territories. The manufacturer intends to produce up to 2,500 simulators annually by 2025,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky. The company produces ventilators and anesthesia and respiratory equipment, and also invented a simulator for doctors. The device helps specialists to acquire and practice the skills of artificial lung ventilation. “Since 2020, the company has been a resident of the SEZ Technopolis Moscow.” This year, the manufacturer is actively negotiating with medical institutions in the regions on the supply of ventilators and anesthesia systems. The capacities of the enterprise in the capital’s SEZ allow the production of over a thousand units of medical equipment per year. These products consist of 70-100 percent of domestic components,” said Gennady Degtev, CEO of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ.
