In the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow the awarding ceremony of the winners of the Championship of professional skills Moscow masters-2023 took place. This year the Moscow State Educational Complex (MSEI) has traditionally been one of the event organizers, providing its site for the competition and acting as a participant, whose team won 30 medals. This was reported by Gennady Dyogtev, General Director of SEZ Technopolis Moscow. "The rapid development of high technology and digitalization of the economy requires a rapid influx of practice-oriented staff, combining intellectual and practical activities. The system of secondary vocational education, which today actively provides the country with specialists in ultramodern and up-to-date professions, is the most mobile to the market conditions. Students at MGOK, whose base department is located on the site of Technopolis Moscow SEZ, literally absorb innovations out of thin air, as several high-tech clusters are concentrated here. Education in the production environment yields results: MGOK team won 30 medals of Moscow Masters-2023 championship, both in the basic and in the junior categories", - Gennady Dyogtev said. At the base department of MGOK the competition was held on seven competences - "Internet marketing", "CNC milling", "CNC lathe works", "Polymechanics and automation", "Biochemical technologies and process modeling", "Composite technologies", "Industrial robotics". MGOK as one of the leading centers of professional education in the capital not only received the contestants but also put out its own team consisting of teachers and students. In a competitive struggle the representatives of the college team won in several competencies, including "Internet Marketing", "Biochemical Technologies and Process Modeling" and "Industrial Robotics". In total, 11 gold, 11 silver and 8 bronze medals were won in the main and junior categories. The Championship "Moscow Masters is one of the most significant professional skill competitions of the capital. It promotes the development of young personnel and professional education through the introduction of best practices and standards, increases the prestige of highly qualified working specialties.
