Vladimir Yefimov: investors were introduced to the capabilities of the Pechatniki site of SEZ Technopolis Moscow

A road-show South-East of Moscow: Investments in Industrial Real Estate was held in the capital, where investors were presented with a project to develop part of the former industrial zone South Port - Kolomnikov Street and Shosseyny Proyezd. There could be built new production, design, office and laboratory space and supporting public infrastructure, which will be part of the Pechatniki site of special economic zone Technopolis Moscow. This was announced by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations. The Pechatniki site development project is interesting both for investors and future tenants of new spaces. The area of structures on Kolomnikov Street will exceed 258 thousand square meters, more than 226 thousand square meters of which are office and laboratory complex, administrative premises of the special economic zone in Moscow, as well as social infrastructure facilities. Within the first phase of Shosseynoye proezd development it is planned to build up to 84 thousand square meters of real estate to accommodate high-tech productions. «The joint efforts of the capital, developers and industrialists will allow to form a harmonious urban environment and fully realize the potential of the former industrial zone South Port territory», said Vladimir Yefimov. This phase of the project is designed for six years. The total area for development exceeds 10 hectares, added the vice-mayor. The new facilities will be able to accommodate innovative businesses operating in areas such as car and electric vehicle construction, microelectronics and pharmaceuticals, the creation of new materials and the development of additive technologies. «Companies that have experience in construction of both residential and commercial, in particular industrial, real estate for production location are invited to participate in the new buildings development project of Pechatniki site of Moscow special economic zone», said the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky. The urban planning solution of the renewed Pechatniki site of the Moscow SEZ also provides environmental solutions with vertical greenery and creation of public gardens. «In the first phase of development the number of jobs at the Pechatniki site will increase significantly.
